What options do we have besides Cundiff? |
The Norweigan FTW. He hits multiple GWs and becomes the greatest kicker in the history of football. |
I'm literrally crossing my fingers that we sign this guy before the playoffs. |
Why because he makes some fancy kicks...i saw this over a week ago and didnt even entertain the thought... the corner kicks were kinda impressive but totally useless, and 90% of the other ones could have taken 100 takes each. _________________

I think we should bring in Cundiff to handle kicks up to 40ish yards and just cross our fingers with Akers from any farther.. Didn't the Ravens or Saints do this with Cundiff a few years ago in the playoffs?
And actually, GW, it would probably work nicely with Longwell |

He can't be worse than Akers. Or... *shudders at the thought... Billy Cundiff. _________________

Akers has been bad no doubt, but I doubt this kid has ever kicked in front of 1000 people let alone 55,000...ill pass _________________

With David Akers struggling, 49ers are bringing kickers to San Francisco for workouts, including Billy Cundiff and Justin Medlock. |

Honestly anything is better than Akers right now. It seems like his cofidence is shot. If we do end up signing Cundiff I will still be crossing my fingers each FG attempt though. |

As much as i am dreading a Akers FG aTTempt i don't want to see Cundiff on our team i watched this guy miss so many clutch kicks.26yrds and he got out of baltimore alive.I will stick with Akers. _________________

I can get over another kicker missing a crucial kick...not Akers. Dude is done. He's the kicker Philly cut. What sucks is we didn't use Arz gm to get a new kicker some gm kicks to get the rust off. _________________ I love me some 49ers, Michigan, and my Lakers.
