Just an interesting note...
No LB drafted in the first round (I believe this goes back at least 3 years, probably more - I can't remember) has ran over a 4.7 40.
So, if that holds true in April, Te'o would be there in the second round. If he falls to the Lions pick... would you take him?
I personally wouldn't, but I'm curious to see what others would say. _________________

No, and I'd have reservations about drafting him if he was still there in the third. _________________

I probably would in 2nd in a trade down but not right where they sit.
Sure he has questions but I think his workouts suffered a bit because of the media circus. It was dumb what he did but other players have real legal issues etc.
He is not fast and I doubt he improves the 40
If it was after halfway point in 2nd in would consider it hard _________________

You know, I just kept thinking "Rolando Mcclain was slower than that..." Apparently he ran a 4.68, so you're completely right.
And no I wouldn't. _________________

| At the moment, I am all about Amerson in the 2nd. I think he is going to be really good, and he is the type of size/speed CB w/ ball skills that I love. I am officially driving his bandwagon. |

I feel like the Tebow media is mainly
blown up because he is a QB and runs a funky offense and uses the media to promote region.
I doubt Teo does anything really to the media in the NFL. He wasn't a diva at ND before the conspiracy.
I honestly think the Teo hate will be gone after a few years in the pros. I would love him next to Tulloch on our D and would love him in round 2.
Agreed. |

The story will go away eventually. People will forget about it. He doesn't have a history of issues so it doesn't appear to be a trend yet. If he focuses on football I don't see the media bringing it up much if at all after the draft once training camp and the season starts and he puts the pads back on. _________________

They will move away from the story, but will follow him. He also doesn't seem to handle the questions well either. _________________ Kate Upton for sexy President!!!

So after the combine, who is on people's dont want list or man crush list or intriguing list?
Dont Want (in addition to guys I already didnt want like Honey Badger, etc.):
* Any QB
* Any RB (I like Lacy, Franklin, and Ellington to varying degrees but dont want to spend what it would take to get them).
* Damontre Moore
Intriguing:
* Cornelius Washington, UGA, DE (played OLB for UGA), continued his impressive post-season (had a good senior bowl too)
* JJ Wilcox, Georgia Southern, S (only played 1 year of S, but played very well at a low level of competition, solid combine) also has KR abilities.
I really like a bunch of WR in this class and would be happy with any # of them in rounds 2-7. _________________
