I wouldn’t be shocked if Detroit — if there’s no elite pass-rusher there — Detroit at No. 5 may take him. He’s really good." A first-team All-Big 12 pick in both 2011 and 2012, Vaccaro amassed 107 tackles as a senior and recorded five career interceptions. |

That would certainly be a surprise _________________ Ziggy Ansah on quarterbacks

| That would be nuts. Vaccaro might be a top 5 safety, but not a top 5 pick. |

Just an FYI, Russ Lande had the Lions taking Everrette Brown 1st overall back in 2009 so yeah... _________________

The National Football Post has been pretty bad the last few years I've been following them. _________________

Jesse Williams is a freaking monster. Im jealous of teams that will actually consider drafting him. He is seriously pushing Star Lotulelei for my #1 DT. He's already my #1 NT. _________________ I <3 Kate Upton and Ezekiel Ansah, just FYI

Haven't watched the senior bowl but I keep reading Ansah had a good game. _________________ 11 AAL: Ryan Donahue

| EhJae wrote: | | Haven't watched the senior bowl but I keep reading Ansah had a good game. | I think he did alright. He used his spin a lot, and used a swim on a TE to almost get a sack (got beat by .1 seconds), used a rip a lot more than normal (which is good). He deflected at least 1 pass that I remember and was very good against the run. My favorite part was that he tackled Denard in open field.
The DE from Georgia looked very good. Like, pushing for a 2nd round pick good with an outside shot at the 1st (probably a 3rd rounder at this point). _________________ I <3 Kate Upton and Ezekiel Ansah, just FYI

He still lost stock from the whole week. He used same moves repeatedly and was stoned a lot.
He needs a larger diversity of ways to get to QB.
He was slow to backfield if he got thrown off. He did not have much speed unless straight-line
I will admit he has a ton of potential and if there in round 2 they better jump on him _________________

| Rockcity wrote: | | So who impressed you guys at the Senior Bowl? | E.J. Manuel and Cornelius Washington did way more than I expected. Manuel actually put touch on his throws and Washington looked like he could develop into a very nice DE or OLB. Manuel has the arm, and is a very good athlete, but his accuracy, touch, mechanics, footwork, etc. all seem poor. Atleast today he showed he has the ability to place a ball in the corner of the endzone from 20-ish yards out that only his receiver can catch. Washington looks like he can be a fine pass rusher if he can develop a good move or 2. He was very fast off the ball and pursued fairly well. Definitely a guy who could rise up late.
