I don't expect any one of you to predict the Eagles to finish above 7-9 but I say they can still go 9-7 and that will be enough to win the division with the Giants schedule and the Cowboys normal December/January collapse
Just remember I predicted you would finish 8-8 last year when you were 4-8
I was right then and I will be right again IF you beat the Redskins on Sunday |

Somehow, if we win next week, we'll only be two games back from NYG. But I don't see us catching the Giants in the end.

He's in it for Vick.
If we don't get to the playoffs, then this is Vick's future
Also, we won't beat the Redskins. At the moment, we could beat a peewee team _________________

I'm optimistic because your playcalling was actually decent in that game before Vick got that fluke "concussion"
And it's the perfect schedule for the Eagles to get back in the division because they get Cowboys and Giants again head to head.
And Giants have murderer's row of a schedule. Giants and Cowboys could both finish 8-8. More than likely tops they finish 9-7.
I can see you guys only losing one more game if you beat the Redskins to the Buccaneers. You will beat the Bengals, Cowboys, Panthers and Redskins again if you beat them on Sunday. |

Well worse case scenario for Vick is he goes from NFC East to AFC East to be starter for Bills or Jets.
Too many bad QBs for him not to be a starter again even with his 2011 and 2012 struggles. His career alone is far more impressive than some of the garbage QBs in this league.
But that's not why I made this thread.
I made this thread because of your schedule
If you had the Giants schedule there would be no reason to think Eagles
could finish 6-1
You may argue there is still no reason, but if there is ONE reason it's
Panthers, Cowboys, Giants, Bengals, and Redskins twice are all winnable
games.
Vick for all of his struggles has played well vs the NFC East with only 2 losses in games he got knocked out of.
And Bengals even though they waxed the Giants and Panthers who have looked impressive at times are both beatable teams esp. both teams on the road |

You're the only person in this forum who can think we can make the playoffs.
Trust me, we're not.
In fact, we're more likely to go 1-6 than 6-1. _________________

Again I had you finishing 8-8 when you were 4-8 last year
The difference is that 8-8 wasn't good enough to make it
9-7 will be different this year. Because the chances of Giants making it to week 17 with a 10-5 record isn't that high
And unless the Giants are 10-5 in Week 17, they can be caught at 9-7 |

Basically the Giants have to go 4-1 in their next 5 games to get to week 17 at 10-5
Packers
@ Redskins
New Orleans Saints
@ Atlanta
@ Baltimore
Technically the Giants could go 4-1 over that stretch, but I see them going 3-2.
But if I'm wrong then the Eagles would have to run the table. Which probably isn't happening even in my optimism. So Giants need to drop 2 more games before week 17 and it's not that crazy to think they could do it
In fact if the Giants don't beat the Packers, it's almost a lock they don't win those next 4 games.
So all eyes on that Green Bay game next week if the Eagles beat the Skins |

Have you not seen any eagles games? We pretty much did our best to let the cowboys win. We create ways to lose games. _________________
