I've heard that the ravens have spoken to derrick mason's agent and are strongly pursuing him. Hope we get him cus then we can take de or cb in the 1st and a receiver in the second. I'd love to get jerome mathis.

Sounds good. Laveranues Coles is my first choice because he's 4 years younger, but Mason is a clear second and a proven top receiver.

I think we need to get one of those two guys, or pull off a big trade.

Mason will be a "clear" 1st on the Ravens. Signing Mason would be an upgrade to your WR core. Probably would be the best WR that ever played for the Ravens.

Derrick Mason is being heavily pursued by the Jags. The Ravens missed out on TO and Ranyd so theyll miss out on the other good recievers. They should draft either Troy Williamson or Mark Clayton in the upcoming draft.

Thank you for that intellectual post.
The Ravens didnt pursue Randy Moss because we didnt want him, we didnt miss out on him and explain how TO refusing to play for the Ravens says that the Ravens will miss out on all future free agents.
