Our line has been bad, but mostly because teams are blitzing with reckless abandon and our team is unable to exploit it.

If we were able to exploit opposing team's blitzes, they simply would not blitz as much.

But a mix of bad QB play, bad play calling, and a lack of playmaking from our targets has resulted in a cesspool of sucking on offense.

A good QB should be playing good regardless of his Oline.

Not many do though RC. You go throughout the league and the majority of those who have success in a given game or season have very good line play. Yes there are exceptions to the rule like Big Ben and at times Rodgers but the vast majority get that clean pocket to work in.

Big Ben is the only exception IMO. Rodgers has just enough pass blocking and is savvy enough to elude a heavy pass rush.

And Big Ben has had a couple seasons with more turnovers than TDs so it even affects him

Difference is Steelers D has been elite.

Best defense in the league over the span of Big Ben's tenure there.

The Nick Foles hype train was a lot longer then the Ryan Lindley hype train, if there ever was one for Lindley.

My prediction of NFL performance before the draft. My guy Ryan Lindley is looking good for the Cardinals right now. I know the QB position...

Foles had his best game as a pro yesterday, but it was at the expense of the worst pass D in the NFL for 2012. I thought he helped his case for being given a shot to start in 2013, however.

In this day and age, a win is a win. And a comeback victory at that. I think we can all agree that he's getting better.

He's getting better and should be the starter next year.

I agree - I worry that the fanbase and/or organization may get a little down on him over the next few weeks though considering that the Bucs have one of the worst pass rushes in the league and we made Daniel Te'o Nesheim (OH NO!) look like Reggie White for about a quarter and a half.

My concern is facing the Bengals and the Giants that Foles will look like he has regressed because of the amount of pressure he'll see - and he's already had a tough time against Washington.

I've bought in now, I think the last two weeks he has shown a lot. I think he's shown substantial improvement, but still as a rookie with limited experience and talent around him - we might see a couple of more bumps in the road.

Here's hoping that doesn't hurt his stock in the organization, if there's a couple of more bumps here because of offensive line struggles.

I think most people, at least within the organization, understand just how horrid our offensive line is
