It might take some time but I sure hope Jenkins and James turn out to be as good as Aldon and CK! _________________

A fun hypothetical question, sorry Y2 I know you hate hypotheticals! |
So I guess this isn't hypothetical anymore
NFL network is having a field day with this QB controversy _________________

Harbaugh being non-committal is speaking volumes imo. _________________

something I wanted to mention that I think hasn't yet been commented on ... with Kap at QB and our running game, I expected us to come out and run a lot at least at first. But Chicago was lining up 9 and sometimes 10 men within a few yards of the los. So we just went ahead and attacked that defense with some early passes. I almost didn't think Roman had it in him to let it fly so early with a guy getting his firsst start. Nice job of attacking this defense today. _________________

We will see, Harbaugh said I usually roll with the hot hand but both have the hot hand .
So our OL is much better at pass protecting than stats suggest right?
Is NBT doing okay now that Moss has a little boo boo?
The 2011 draft class was GREAT, except that one play allowed by Cully.
SoCal, sorry I'm not going to let you rest, start up the Saints GDT!!!! _________________

It looks like Roman did want to run it, Kap killed the play quite a few times in the beginning. And I'm happy he did. _________________

I'm glad to see him get his catches. Our receivers didn't magically learn how to separate against this top defense, Colin was consistently throwing guys open and it was fun to watch. _________________

I feel like sometimes Alex would only target crabs and ignore Vernon. Kaep was looking to Vernon the whole night. He even forced a pass over 3 defenders to Vernon and he made the catch. He even threw two or three bombs to Vernon.
I was hoping to see Kaep work with pressure in his face but the O-line dominated the bears d-line the whole night. Even when they did get to Kaep he would just roll out and make a pass.
I was expecting to see kaep the runner a little more tonight but he was Kaep the passer all night and a damn good one too. He really impressed me. I'm trying really hard to stay level headed but I was just so impressed by him! _________________

Wow, Harbaugh said decision to go with Kaepernick was made on Sunday even before Smith was ruled out. Harbaugh said regardless if Smith got cleared, he felt he didn't want to risk putting him in there because he still had some symptoms.
Conspiracy theory, but you guys think Harbaugh told the team doctor to not clear him? _________________
