According to kffl, we're bringing in Browns ILB Ben Taylor.
Anybody know anything about him?

Probably not a lot of competition for a mediocre talent like Taylor, so the Packers can wait and bring him in whenever they want.

He's an ILB from a 3-4 defense. I would presume the Packers want a stouter force in the middle, and speed on the wings. Maybe he could play WLB for us?

With all the $$$ the browns had, you'd have thought they would have kept him if he was any good.

I think picking up guys who below-average teams don't even want is a great strategy. This way, when all the decent FAs are gone, we'll still have plenty of money we can throw at old players. Makes perfect sense to me...

If they sign him, then how do they afford the two big guys?

Why? Why? Why the faulk are we trying to sign this guy? There are LaVar Arrington and JP out there! Go and get one! Go get a DT! Give Pickett a deal, he's being offered one by the Rams. Do something!
I was loving TT before FA started, but now that all the teams are being so aggressive and we're looking at guys like Ben Taylor, this is pissing me OFF!

There's so much talent out there and the only names associated with the Pack right now are Pickett, who looks to resign with the Rams, and Taylor, a guy the f'n BROWNS didn't want to resign.

Yeah, TT is doing a GREAT job Rolling Eyes

I would really just like to bring in a guy like Andre Carter heck just to look at him and give us somthing to be happy about. I think we will be in for a few bad seasons with TT in charge. I know you can't sign 14 FA to be starters but you can sign one or two guys who are good like Carter and are still young.
