I have taken criticism ever since I made that statement some time ago, but as usual I have been proven right with time. Jeremy Maclin is just another Reggie Brown. He is no one's #1 receiver. He is a total fraud. This was suppose to be Maclin's break out year right? Laughing

Maclin projects to be the better wide receiver, and we've discussed our reasons why. Saying he projects to be the better receiver DOES NOT imply that we are trying to say he's better than Desean Jackson in any way. Nor does it imply that we are trying to downplay what Desean has been able to do.

Desean Jackson is a tremendous PLAYMAKER, and is not a complete receiver. That's why he gets completely SHUT DOWN against teams that make sure he doesn't go deep.

All of you "Maclin is a better pure receiver than Jackson" proponents are so wrong. Cool

Jackson doesn't run across the field. He suffered one concussion while doing that. Maclin suffered two doing the same thing.

Your argument is invalid.

So you make threads just to gloat? You are really missing the point of a football forum.Brick wall

And for argument's sake, Maclin is on a terrible team right now. People who thought Maclin and Jackson were going to have big years obviously did not foresee this trainwreck of a season. I guess Dwayne Bowe is "just another Reggie Brown" too by that logic.
