Lions awarded Patrick Lee off waivers from Raiders.
Seriously don't get why people like Lee. He was absolutely horrific for most of the season. Only slightly improved in recent weeks.

lee was awful in the Denver/Miami game but he improved after the bye. Really don't care at this point, we're going to get gashed with or without him

So whats the point of a guy like Ross on the team? Guy rarely sees any significant snaps. I mean So'oto only saw the field as a Special Teamer. It seems all the guys Reggie brought in only contribute to Special Teams.

I don't care about Lee. I just don't understand why we're keeping guys like Francies, Adams or Schmitt over him. Those guys are terrible. Lee was our 3rd best CB, as sad as it is.

+1, our moves all over the board are starting to make less and less sense. Bartell comes back to help a thin group of CBs so we cut our 3rd best one rather than subpar STers. Our best 2 HBs get hurt so we run a guy off the PS and a converted WR/TE and give Taiwan only like 3 carries if that. What's next? Gheesh,

I thought the same thing, but then I realized it doesn't really matter anyways. The names mentioned are all scrubs, Lee included. None of them have a future with this team.
For now, I'm just going to give management the benefit of the doubt when it comes to personnel moves. They see more than we do outside of gameday.

Why would they start Lee if he's not better then the other CB's being kept? Doesn't make much sense.

Who is out there right now that we could sign that can contribute more than just special teams? Not sure what you are expecting at this point in the season.

But he wasn't going to be starting at the Ravens. Why carry a 4th string corner who doesn't play on special teams.

In case of injury? Or so maybe Huff can go back to FS so we don't have to start Gio? Perhaps since Adams and Francies aren't even good STers?
