I like Rex but if we have the chance for Gruden or Cower I want it. I don't know if I can see either coming here but if the Jets have a high enough draft pick I could see Gruden nabbing a QB early with us

I still want Chip Kelly the most but I'd be happy with Gruden, it's about time we've had a coach that is good with QB's.

Gruden is too similar to Rex Ryan in terms of coaching style. He's the type of coach who revs the engine, not the one who builds the car. Right now, we need someone who can build the car.

I like Gruden with a decent team but I'm not sure he's the right guy to rebuild a team. And I'd miss his QB camps with the rookies.

No to Gruden, he's way overrated. Hell yes to Cower though. Give him the keys to everything. Clean house from GM down and give Cower complete control, which is what he wants, and let him rebuild this team. That's our only chance right now. It's time to clean house.
