Unless google is lying to me, you're talking about different places. Kroll's Diner is a place in a few North Dakota cities. I occasionally went to the one in Fargo for BOGO shakes on Mondays. Kroll's West is the restaurant in Green Bay.

There is a Kroll's West right across the street from Lambeau, and a Kroll's East. Both are fairly awful. Nothing special at all, aside from the location. At least it's fairly cheap.

I don't find Krolls cheap for what you are getting. I do like their perch plate tho. I've gone to the east side restaurant more often than the one on the west side.
