Hmm...I would have said Tillman earned it this week. But hey, that's the 3rd Bears defensive player this year to win this award. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0 |

I would have had Tillman over Urlacher this week too, but that's not to say Urlacher didn't have a superb performance. Maybe if Tillman hadn't just won player of the month he would have got it! _________________

Yeah, and the actual interception was really easy as far as those go. Four forced fumbles by a CB is absurd, and he played great otherwise too. There aren't that many CBs that have had 4 FFs in a season, let alone a game. Revis has 1 FF in his career, for example. |

Tillman's been getting too many of these...I wonder if he requested that the NFL gave it to someone else? Hehe, but still, I'm happy to be able to say that te award could have gone to TWO different players on da bears. |

It was easy physically because Urlacher used his years of experience to read what was going on and move to the right spot. It was a great mental play.
Not to take anything away from Tillman who one of my two favorite current Bears along with Urlacher. |

He was a rover on the play and just read Hasselbeck's eyes as he locked onto the receiver. The bottom line is that he made the play, but I think it was a pretty basic read and reaction for a veteran linebacker. |
