What does everyone think about CJ Mosely? Ive watched some film but mostly watching him in this SEC champ game. Hes a FREAK athlete and would be an excellent fit at WLB. Not the pass rusher that Jarvis is but still blitzes well from LB depth. Has tremendous instincts both against the run and pass, snuffing out screens as well. He sheds blocks well and rarely gets driven back. Im just so impressed with his speed. In pursuit of a runner he will run them down from behind often sprinting past his DB teammates.
Im not a fan of taking LBs in the first but he might be an exception in my mind. _________________

But like always, regardless of the player, non-rush linebackers in the 1st is never a good idea. _________________

Perhaps but what good would a rush linebacker do in a 4-3 scheme?
I just think all the plays Dunbar has made this year and how many MORE plays a guy like Mosely would have made/make. _________________

Unless you put him in a Von Miller type of role, not much unless you put him at DE obviously.
I'm perfectly content with Laurinaitis and Dunbar at LB. If Dunbar is not re-signed, I'm sure we can find a replacement in free agency or later in the draft. I think a first round pick would be better spent somewhere else. _________________

Man after watching this Bama UGA game I'd love to see either Warmack or Jones in a Rams uniform next year. Just dominated the second half up front. _________________

Warmack is just a stud. Jones is good and very versatile just not the same player as Warmack. _________________

I heard Jenkins name once or twice tonight but I saw several plays where Jones took him 1vs1. Not saying Jenkins is all that and a bag of chips but that was impressive. But yeah Warmack is amazing too. Jones is nice cause he's played all three spots on the line at a high level. _________________

Tavon Austin is not a #1 WR. As I said before, he could be an amazing weapon out of the slot or as a Scat HB/Slot WR hybrid but with Danny here, I don't see how we can take a niche player who also plays out of the slot. _________________

Sorry for the confusion but i never meant Austin is a #1 WR, definitely a just a versatile weapon. _________________
