It's purely the athletic ability in terms of the Julio Jones comparison, because like you said their games aren't really comparable...
Never seen the AJ Green one though... |
Yeah the comparison with AJ Green is Justin Hunter. _________________

Not really. Body type and athleticism...maybe. But Hunter was dropping passes left and right this year. _________________

amen and I don't see Green at all when I look at Hunter. Hunter has great athletic ability but Green was very polished coming out of college. Hunter isn't close to the same type of prospect. Green was a guaranteed solid NFL receiver with big upside. Hunter has big upside but has massive question marks. |

Allen experienced swelling in pre-Combine training, and will have a March 11 followup exam with Dr. James Andrews. Kind of concrerning that he's still having issues with the knee... _________________

I think its just a precaution type deal. Knowing he can really only hurt his stock. _________________

I'm not overly worried, just a little alarming that there is still swelling. Could be nothing, could be another issue...
I think he'll be fine though, and still go mid-late 1st round... _________________

I don't think its just a precaution issue here. It mentions that he is going to see Dr. James Andrews, which means they are concerned there might be further damage or damage that needs cleared up surgically. To me, this is concerning. Perhaps concerning enough to bump another WR up. One thing we don't need, a high drafted WR getting cut on during season. _________________
