just to add a little more;
currys play was better than expected last season. There were times when he looked like a 'bust' but for the most part he played well for us.
I think having our lbs as Burris - Curry - Wheeler, is much better than with McClain in the middle.
Plus this allows for more rotation which is only good, because our D clearly tires in the 2nd half. _________________

It will still take a few weeks for Curry to get up to pace, not sure he'll even contribute much at all this season. _________________

Curry hasn't played MLB at all in the NFL. And he hasn't played at all this season. Plugging him in at MLB right now would be silly. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's back and I think he can contribute in some capacity but starting him at MLB right off the bat? ehhhhhh _________________

Curry is still ways away from being in game shape. I don't see him replacing anyone in the starting lineup anytime soon, if at all this season.
I think we'll see him on special teams, and possibly give him a few snaps in different sets near the end of the season. But like I said in the other thread, his future here seems grim at this point. Especially with the money he will be making next season. _________________

I agree.
Although, I heard he was using his time this season to learn all 3 LB positions, so hopefully with some in-game experience here and there he can make a push for MLB next season. _________________

Start him at MLB? Guy couldn't cover a dead mouse with a blanket. Split snaps with Burris. _________________

The worst thing about this is So'oto spent his last day as a Raider with sick children in the hospital. Do a good thing then get cut for a guy with a bad contract.
Wish So'oto would seen more snaps. I only saw him on special teams. _________________

I don't think he ever played a defensive snap. _________________

sorry should have been more clear. In no way do I want him starting at MLB this weekend or next... my post was more of, down the road what will happen?
I doubt he will have playing time this weekend, and then for the following weeks I would hope to see him playing a bit of each position.
We need all the help we can get on D, and Curry will definitely help. _________________
