the goodells (refs) tried to give the game away, but the steelers never gave in. This in particular makes me feel really good about this team because it looked like one of those games that the officials were going to determine.
Wrong! The steelers OC and OL determined this game as well as the RB's !!! Sorry goodell 
Maybe have a poll on who thought the refs were wrong in the first half? |

The Giants got called for 7 penalties, we got called for 6, ours were for a lot more yardage because two of them were pass interference.
The first PI against Lewis was incorrect but not the second one and I saw one false start by Starks that could have been called on us but it wasn't, he began his back pedal before the snap. |

I forgot about the clip or block in the back as well. So no dumb thread at all, just bad officiating. 
Either way, the OC/OL/RB helped control the game and beat the champs in their own back yard after these types of calls (as well as questionable call on Lewis, clark etc etc) a giant said the OL gets away with murder. If we lost, then wouldn't some here be complaining about those calls? This win is Sweet |

And at the time this was posted, the bickering in that thread hadnt even really started.
Also....this thread is more about insulting Goodell and the refs than it is about the actual game.

At the time this was posted, that GDT was on page 24 of 25.. and had a temporariy lock coupled with mod warnings.

Actually, it was on page 18, and nothing had really started yet.
Im not going to get into a thing over this....just saying 3rviers has a habit of making threads that dont really need to be threads...and this is one of them.

The refs did suck....but if we had a thread for that every week, this forum would be flooded with them.
The refs always suck. Some weeks more than others, but it can be discussed in the gameday thread usually.
