I'm not saying trash the season. I'm saying Joe Webb won't save this season and turn this into a playoff team. Still have two games each against the Bears and Packers. Then you mix in the Texans and you have a recipe for a tough second half.
We had it extremely easy in the first half.

I'm not impressed with the draft crap this early in the year . . . lol.
As for the intent . . . the way the records are played out, Ponder would be on a 7 game losing streak? wow . . . to think Joe Webb would pull one more win outta his hat is phathomable . . . of course it could be one of those games where Sherels returns a punt for a TD and Jared has a sack/strip and fumble return for a TD and the team wins 17-13. Geez, Webb would've lead the offense to 3 points? huh . . . what it's and this-that's don't cut it.
As for the FA signings . . . holy crap, get that kind of stuff outta here! Unless the FA is a 25 or 26 yr old studddddd like Jared was and Hutch was . . . the Vikes FO isn't even sniffing them. |
