I think it was more their lack of coverage on the foundation he works with to help kids with cancer. They didn't mention it once and he stressed to them that it was something he is very passionate about.
But I don't think the sensitivity thing helped matters...

I get that Aaron was ticked they didn't focus on the MACC fund at all, but I think he came across very jerk-like in that meeting with the fan. Get over it already. Go ahead and use whatever you want to use as inspiration for playing like the Manster that you are, but at a charity event, you can holster the hostility toward being 6'2.

I would say it was a rather non professional approach to handling the situation.....But to say he was a jerk, may be a bit harsh.....
