A. Luck 24/43 299 2 TD 2 Int vs the Patriots 29th ranked passing defense
R. Griffin 14/15 200 (84 rushing) 4TD 0int. Perfect QB rating vs 12th ranked passing defense. |
Doug Martin 1000 yards at 5.07 YPC. |
Should've had another TD today, instead the refs give him his first fumble. _________________

I think I'd go with Doug right now. He's arguably been the 2nd best RB in the league this season. _________________ Geno Smith, Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey, and Bruce Irvin will all have at least 1 pro bowl season each by the end of the decade.

Even so, he isnt having nearly the impact RG3 is.
RG3 carries his offense.
Doug Martin doesnt. _________________

No, he thinks RG3 has surpassed Luck now, and is trying to bring this up to laugh at people that think Luck is ROY, all the while not supplying any useful discussion whatsoever. _________________

For the first few weeks many posters made it seem like RGIII had already won it and his position as the favorite was virtually untouchable. For the past few weeks other posters have taken the same position regarding Luck. I think the real point is that both positions were foolish. _________________

One is a quarterback and the other is a running back....that's unfair criteria that obviously favors a player who touches the ball EVERY offensive play. The only way to fairly judge the impact is by comparing them to other rookies at their respective positions.....
Doug Martin is arguably one of the most effective complete backs in the league this year, among all players....not just rookies. _________________ Stevan Ridley, Att: 225, Yds: 1010, Y/A: 4.0, TD:9

Which only begs the question: If you knew the answer, why did you ask the question? What was the point of YOUR post? _________________
