although i like him, i'm not worried about Geno to much. he is going to be a Chief. I am watching Nassib, he is really growing on me.

I am starting to like him too, the only thing I really question is the competition level that he has been playing at Syracuse he really hasnt had to face to much as tough defenses go but I think he could be a guy that you develope for a year or two before handing the reigns over to him. I like the fact that he has worked with a guy in Marrone who worked with Drew Brees and Sean Payton in New Orleans.

I've seen some rumours and heard speculation that Marrone could make the jump the NFL, and who knows maybe the Bills. I would be all for it.
He has his dream job in Syracuse. He bleeds orange. He is not going anywhere. He name has been brought up but he is kind of like David Shaw. Found there dream job and not willing to fall into NFL pressure.

He's literally just turned the program around as well, no chance he leaves Cuse for anywhere unless they throw money at him.

Well there goes that theory lol. I'm happy for Syracuse and if this is where his heart is then thats perfect, I just hope Buffalo can have something similar happen.

Why? He took over one of the least desirable franchises in the NFL turned them around, and took them to a Super Bowl. Any of those 4 guys would be perfectly fine with me. Give the Wiz a chance!

Yeah he turned them around but then he went back and drilled them back into ground.

he was trying to do to much. if he can bring in a solid OC then we are in business. Earlier in his career with an OC they were very good.

No. Just no. Whis has had quite a bit of input in regards to personnel in AZ. Almost every year, he constructed an OL whose strength was run blocking, then proceeded to call passing plays (EDIT: oops, my bad...s/b) 61% of the time! The guy has serious issues in regards to common sense.

hey, all i'm saying is he tried to do a little to much in AZ. If he comes here and is able to bring in a good staff i would be all for it.
