If someone can walk, do back flips, skip, what ever and still make it into the endzone, what's it matter?
This is ridiculous. |

He shouldnt have done this, but $10,000.
Some fines are just laughable.
They really are trying to turn this into the "No Fun League". _________________

First, Antonio Brown did not know that his teammates had a another penalty on a great return
But of course, the act of Brown was stupid and he deserves a fine _________________

This being fine-able is a joke. _________________ Geno Smith, Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey, and Bruce Irvin will all have at least 1 pro bowl season each by the end of the decade.

I think it foolish don't want him running backwards then tackle him before hand. _________________

Having read Tomlin's comments about his antics, I am surprised the Steelers didn't fine him first!
Learn your lessons, show respect for the game, and move on . . . |

The fact you can't have any fun in this game any more is ridiculous, and what makes it even funnier is the fact he was docked 10k for a play that never truly happened. He didn't even score for crying out loud. _________________

Like that he got in trouble but definitely disagree with the fine amount.

| While $10,000 seems a bit ridiculous, AB can really get on my nerves with antics on the field. His celebrating after modest catches is positive Santonio Holmes-like, and just rubs me the wrong way. He's a wonderful WR, I just hope he loses his arrogant attitude. You can have fun without celebrating after play, just see Hines Ward. |

| You guys realize $10k is like 0.12% of just his signing bonus (not including his yearly salary) right? It was a dumb, very unsportsman like move, hopefully he starts to grow up. To me, this is not having fun, this is rubbing the other teams face in it, one of the reasons I respected Hines so much was he had class, AB needs to learn a little about it. IIRC, many in this forum were bashing TO when he pulled the sharpie and the Titans when they stomped on the Towel, this is no different, it was just somebody from our team doing it. I expect Ill get bashed for this post, but I have big enough shoulders to say what i feel, there is a line and AB crossed it. |

Well, Mike Tomlin sure agrees with you! After the "discussion" that took place, I don't think we will see him acting like a hot dog out of high school any time soon. His actions reminded me of the antics I always saw while playing pick up basketball, some of which is a reflection of our current culture in the US. Some players had a lot of fun, but still respected the game and the other players. Many others just wanted to rudely taunt. |

| Im sorry, but this is not a fineable action and thought a flag went wayyyy too far. It was the defender's fault for not catching up to him and tackling him. There should be finable celebrations but this shouldn't be one of them. |

Hines Ward did a fair share of celebrating in his career... He danced during pre-season touchdowns.... AKA meaningless points. _________________ Come Follow My Oakland Multi-Sport Franchise! |
