I love what Felger said about this, have Vince go up to him in the shower, put a forearm under his chin and say, "not here". _________________

How about just say "If i to tell you anything, you've already failed" and treat him like a pro. _________________

He's a top 10 corner on talent, hopefully we can get his head straight. I think he's great value for a 4th round pick - not many of those guys turn into starters anyway. _________________

I think this could work out really well for both teams. Schiano is being really hard on his guys to fix their culture. Having Talib around didn't help. Belichick has to be awfully confident in his locker room, so he can handle taking on one guy with a few character concerns. If Schiano's plan works out, then he'll get to the point where he can handle some problems players too, but I don't think he's there yet.
And my favorite thing about this is that it seems to be a sign that McCourty is staying at safety. I really like him back there. _________________ Shut up, NBT |

He's been pretty bad this year. He was top 12 (if I remember correctly) in like every category for CBs last year. Hopefully he can turn it around for you guys. _________________

Seriously, he's an adult. If he hasn't figured out that contract year is a bad time to pistol whip your HGH dealer, he's hopeless. Just pray he gets through the next four months without causing a scene and is motivated enough to show what he's got and make some money. |

I woke up with a migraine, and it's been a crappy day all day.
I had to work on the first of the month in the busiest grocery store in the county.
And I come home to this.
Talib, McCourty, and Dennard. I like it. _________________

| He is soooooo stupid, but the talent is there so I trust BB will be able to keep him in line and make this work. I am more shocked we actually made a good trade at the deadline. |

If they guy can turn his head and deflect a pass just one time this season I'd be ecstatic and be happy with only spending a 4th on him. I'd like to see what that looks like for once this season. _________________

Oh, he can turn his head and deflect many passes. The strongest aspects of his game are anticipating throws and playing the ball. He'll be a hit around here for that. Good fit for all the zone stuff BB likes to do.
He's not some kind of shutdown corner though. He gets beat off the line a lot for such a big guy. _________________

Even though he is not a great corner, his skills is still better than any defensive backs that we have. At least Belichick made an attempt to fix the teams achilles heel. _________________

He's pretty much a consensus top 10 CB the last few years, what's your definition of "great corner"? |
