Wow seriously? That poster made an attack on the Patriots franchise about how unsuccessful the Patriots were before Brady and mcmurtry very astutely pointed out that, that suppposed lack of success before Brady is still more success than that posters teams entire history.

He looked better than Arrington and every non McCourty CB that's been in NE this yr. But on one of the TDs and the 20 yrd gain by one of Indy WRs were just perfect throws by Luck. I hope improvement will come as he is here longer.

If you are referring to Baltimoreterp, than why include the Browns in there.

Lol no biggie. As for the Browns thing... an old fart like mcmurtry is naturally going to consider the old Browns and the Ravens the same team and unrelated to the Browns today.

Candy meant no harm, in fact he was just stating the obvious. Brady is going to down as the GOAT. BB & TB as the great coaching-qb combo ever. Both have been the faces of the franchise for 11 years, and hopefully have another decade in them.
The only two men who will be in Bradys league, in terms of team & name recognition, will be Dan Marino and Brett Favre, though Brady has been an arguably better, and definitely more successful, QB than either of them. Rodgers, and Favre's fall from grace in GB, has it made it quite easy for GB to move on from Favre. Mario and Miami, on the other hand?
Candy is just stating the obvious truth - it will be very odd when Brady is all done. But, teams move on. Are Indy fans still hung up on Peyton? Having Luck help, but yall get the idea.
