Basically, my take on the game.
Positives: Potter looked good. Some growing pains BUT, he held up better than Batiste has been and we had a pretty clean pocket to throw from.
Floyd has to take over for Doucet. Doucet has routinely shown he cannot catch consistently. Floyd has had some great catches and seems like he can finally start making a consistent impact.
Roberts continues to impress with his route running and even his YAC. I love our WR corp and if Byrd grows more... we have a nice quartet of starters. Would still love a solid burner that can stretch deep but Roberts has done that at times.
Negatives: What wasn't bad. The defense took forever to wake up, the offense didn't lend them any help. Peterson is struggling at times as a CB and as a returner. There is a lot of cleaning up to do.
Beanie returns after the ATL game, so hopefully our running game opens up and Wells remains healthy. That will help some in the passing game.
LaRod is definitely a good scatback but his blitz pickups are like a mouse trying to block a lion. Just doesn't look good and one day he's gonna get blown up. |

I am no expert but;

Me thinks that is pretty clear and blatant offensive pass interference on the Cobb TD. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Yea they said a few times that it should of been called and was pretty obvious when you look at the replay. Only negates 7 and which of happened anyways.
I noticed the Packers get quite a few calls going their way it seemed. |

In a game decided by 14 points, if you add that with the play where they gave Driver the generous spot it changes the entire complexion of the game. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

I think we can beat NYJ.
We'll be picking top 10, so a shot at an upper tier QB or maybe Joeckel if we wanted. |
Yeah I'd say only Oakland, Cleveland, Jacksonville & KC are the only ones guaranteed to pick before us... Geno and Barkley will be taken before our pick so any LT or defensive player we want will likely be available. Looking around at some mocks (and sorry to go off topic) but those DT's from Utah & Ohio St are elite. With the way our run D is looking do you think we take a look at them? I don't think Nine-0 has much left and he's about to get really expensive... _________________

How has he played for you guys this year other than yesterday? He drove a lot of us crazy when he played for us. _________________

Above average. Best offensive lineman on the team, though as Khodder said it's more like being the best looking waitress at Dennys. _________________

With our team looking like a MASH unit we need this bye too! _________________

Before yesterday our running game was the second worst in the league. After Cedric Benson went down we were averaging a lousy 2.9 yards a carry. Too often Rodgers was our leading rusher. _________________

Good luck the rest of the season! You guys should bounce back when you get your starting QB back. _________________

From my first impression I beleive Patrick Peterson allowed one catch yesterday for about 6 yards on 4-5 targets. But I will not no for sure until I look at the coaches film. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's
