As we approach the election, we see so many political commercials that it's hard to not start filtering everything through the perspective of politics. So who are you voting for this week?
The Mustachio'd wonder?
OR the Ginger Patriot?
The Front Runner?
Or the Under Dog?
The former Red Bird now Rat Bird?
Or the Amazing Flash Gordon!?!?!? JAAAAAAAAAASH GORDON WINS FOOTBALL GAMES>!>@<M#J
Ravens - Browns : This Sunday, who gets your vote?

Anyone who gets trapped under our American symbol before his first NFL game has a friend in me based on lulz alone. Weeden outduels Flacco in a Browns win. I'll be rooting extra hard for our defense this week, seeing as how my FF opponent has both Rice and Flacco playing.

I predict a blowout, something like 38-20.
Flacco has a bad game, even after a bye.
Rice has a good game but doesn't get many carries.
Weeden has 2 TD passes of more than 60 yards.
T-Rich has a solid game, around 100 yards and 2 scores.
Someone has a pick 6, I'm going to go with Ward.
At some point, a Browns fan and a Ravens fan have a disagreement in this thread. |

That was in reference to my family fantasy football league.

It's about time. I'm tired of the stubbornness of some of these NFL guys. If you know someone isn't the answer, replace them. Just because you drafted someone in the 4th round a year ago doesn't mean you need to justify the pick by bringing them into a second year. That's just going to make you look more foolish at the team's expense. Maybe Shurmur and company kept him for the sake of his dropped passes and lulz ... but some comedies just aren't funny after a while. _________________

i had so much hope for this kid, i really did. I believe I was the only one on this site that held out positive hope for thim. I always hoped for the best and stayed extremely positive but damn this kid busted hard. sad, he was pretty damn good at Stanford.
welp too bad his NFL career didnt work out, lucky for him he has a decent back up career of being a doctor to fall back on lol let me guess he goes home and cries about his poor play to his super model girlfriend. some guys have all the luck!!! lol |

I liked him at Stanford too, playing offense and defense was pretty cool. I remember when he ran for a TD then returned a fumble or interception on the next play for a score.
That said, after his 1st preseason game last year he didn't look like an NFL player. He just doesn't quite have the physical ability, as far as acceleration/agility. |
