Honestly with the exception of Jordan whom has limitless potential. I really don't like this de class one bit

For the most part I agree, however there are some DEs I would really likr in the right spot. Datone Jones from UCLA is going to be a very good player in this league but he's not what we are looking for at DE as he is a very powerful guy who can play LE, DT and UT. Ezekiel Ansah from BYU has big time potential as well. I worry about his age, however, as those African birth certicate tend to be lies a lot so guys can look younger to get a break in sports over here. Lavar Edwards from LSU is a very good player who is overshaddowed by Mingo and Montgomery. Better overall player than Mingo easy but again its about sports in the draft and I wouldn't wanna go any higher than late 4th for him. I want to see more of Kareem Martin of North Carolina bc his is long, fast, and physical. Travis Long of Washington State is another mid to late round guy who is playing very impressive right now.

As for the 1st round guys I only have 4 graded in the 1st and Okafor is very boarderline. The other 3 being 1. Dion Jordan 2. Sam Montgomery and 3. DaMontre Moore.

I really only like Jordan and ansah. The the lsu starters may not even be the best d ends in their team I like that lavar Edwards you said has outplayed em imo

I wouldn't totally disagree.

Though I don't think anyone is stepping to the forefront at that position.

I wonder if Billy Winn could play some def. end. If healthy Rubin,Taylor,Hughes and Kitchen give us some decent def. tackles.

To me Winn appears like he actually would do a decent job at DE. I would think depending on the situation he could be a part-time solution anyways.

Idk if Winn would be as effective against nfl tackles as he is against interior lineman

Doubt it, Rucker is great at holding contain and playing sound gap control football on the outside. Winn is a gap shooter. Completely different skill sets and I don't think Winn would hold up on the outside because his only move would be to shoot the gap between the OT and OG on a stunt and being a rookie he would definitely struggle against the run at DE where it takes experience to diagnose plays and determine quickly which way to turn your blocker to hold your assignment. Would love to see the Browns add a pass rushing DE to replace Parker going forward because he is getting up there in age. Love how the DL rotation is shaping up though, Sheard as an every down player and the flipping Rucker/Parker and Hughes + Rubin/Winn + Taylor. Really nice combos that you can use to match up based on offensive personnel.

I would love to get around the 9th pick in the draft. either by trade down, or just winning some games.

we would then have our pick of Moore, Te'o and Milliner.

these are the 3 best player in this draft besides, star lotulelei and jarvis jones(risky)

Winn would be an excellent 3-4 DE not 4-3 end. But Manti Te'o is the pick if hes there.

In Terry Pluto's Sunday column he talks about Winn. He said Browns think he is close to being a legitimate N.F.L. starter. He is strong and quick. Winn can play several positions on the def. line.

Take it for what it is worth.

Trade back out of the top 10 to 15-20 YES but for top 10 probably not. We need more than a one trick pony out of our high end 1sts.

that is all

Kiper loves Moore, has him up to #4 overall. Says this:

Moore has been impossible to block so far, and it goes back to 2011. There's not a single recent game in which he has struggled. Versatile, Moore has adjusted well to playing as a defensive end in a 4-3 scheme. Excels as a pass-rusher, able to dip hips, turn the corner and use quickness and length to bother tackles.
