They're only a joke if you take them as a 100% serious publication.
You should take it for what it is: Online Sports Tabloids. They flood the market with Skip Bayless type stories because people love it. I really don't see a problem with that either. If people didn't want it, they wouldn't read it. Can't blame a company for giving its consumers what they want.
They have a few really quality writers there that are quite enjoyable to read. You just have to stay away from the guys ranting and raving looking for site hits. |

I wouldn't mind this, but I don't see the need to make a move just to make a move. If we make a small deal like this one, great, but I think the bigger problem lies within our offensive line(guards are not living up to their contracts in my opinion, whether they're run or pass blocking, and our center play is merely average when you factor in everything.

This is 2010 all over again. Packers need a RB, fans are clamoring for a trade for a back that has been passed over on another teams depth chart (Lynch/Blount), in the end TT refuses to pull the string. Starks takes over running back duties.
Packers win the Super Bowl.

| Don't see Thompson trading for a RB...UNLESS Benson has a set back and looks not to return this season. But have heard anything along those lines and heard he might be back within a few weeks. The Pack liked Benson and Rodgers likes Benson. So really don't see us making a move for a RB with moving a draft pick. It sounds nice and gives us all something to talk about but after not getting lynch the other year, don't really see us getting anyone now.....again unless Benson has a setback and looks like he won't return this year. |
