I could live with Hayley if we kept Horton.
That would be perfect.
D is fine, Offense is will very offensive to watch |

Todd Haley.

Mike B loves him according to your guy right? I can see that, the 180 opposite of Whiz... _________________

They had a good working relationship. Bidwill wanted Whiz to add Haley to the coaching staff pretty badly this past offseason. _________________

Why didnt they? Bidwill can overpower Whiz. And yes I agree that Todd Haley would be a great fit. Got along well with Fitz, he's an offensive genius, and he has a fiery personality |

It would be interesting if Haley was the guy. Horton goes to KC, Philly, Carolina or Cleveland and maybe we promote one of his guys to DC if Haley ok's it... _________________

It is an interesting idea and all with Haley as HC but I hate offensive genius being thrown around when Whiz gets knocked for being successful with Warner as QB, Haley also had Warner as a QB as well. How was the offense in KC?
Not sure if it would work but could Haley come here as the OC and Horton move to HC? not sure what Haleys contract status is. All that said I don't think Whiz is gone this year _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

I find it funny, or at least ironic, that a lot of us want Ken gone and yet national personalities like John Clayton among others are saying that Whiz would snag another head job in a second if he were to be let go.
That Whiz is an OUTSTANDING head coach.
Just makes you think. _________________

That comes from other coaches and players opinions of Whiz, not Clayton himself. He just repeats what he's told.
Players love Whiz. There is no denying that, it's fact. He's extremely popular in our locker room. _________________

I think Whiz would take a year off to golf and what not. Then he would get another HC jobs somewhere
But I've thought about it. I dont think he will be fired this off-season. _________________

First team in NFL history to start 4-0 and then lose 7 straight... _________________

| Whiz problem is he wants to control the offense to much. Be the HC and let your OC do his job and let your DC do his job as he does do that. |

Yep - for me this is his biggest mistake. He went through a great process with the DC - firing two of them before getting the right one. With the OC, he had a great one right out of the gate then turned to a committee after Todd Haley left which was poor management IMO.
The idea of Todd Haley as our HC is intriguing - I think he got a raw deal in KC - but my preference would be to have someone steady as the HC and the fiery personalities as the coordinators. |
