While Kendricks has potential, We use him a blocker.
Kendricks is pretty damm good at blocking, Come on Fisher!!

Better offer more then a 4th. You'll need at least a 3rd. |
You won't get a 3rd for him, perhaps a mid round pick. Pretty clear the team doesn't place much value on him and he's a pending FA...
Doubt he gets dealt though... _________________

Exactly he's not going anywhere. We'd get a comp pick even if he does leave in FA. _________________

I'd trade Gresham for him. Two talented TE's not working out for whatever reason. Change of scenery might help both... _________________

If he signs a nice contract and you don't sign anyone, sure, you'll get an ok draft pick maybe. Still won't be able to trade it or use until the next year. And its at the end of the round. _________________

| I could definitely see the Falcons looking into this as a replacement for Tony Gonzalez. |

That all depends on a myriad of circumstances - how much he signs for, how he produces, what FAs the Titans signed - I personally don't know the calculations, but it's safe to say that he won't be comped for anywhere NEAR a 3rd round pick - the highest compensation allowed for ANY player. The Texans lost former #1 pick Mario Williams, who is playing about 95% of snaps for Buffalo and signed a $100MM deal, and we're getting a max 3rd out of it, and that's for the 2013 draft, not the year in which we lost Williams.
So, any compensation will be for 2014, and unless someone spends close to $25MM on Cook and he plays 70-80% of the snaps (AND if the Titans elect to not sign any FAs) then you'd be lucky to book a 5th-7th rounder out of him.
Move him now, get a pick for 2013 along with "consideration" for a 2014 pick would be the smartest move, IMO. _________________

Yeah, guys like Ray Edwards, Sidney Rice drew 4th round picks. I don't think he's getting those type contracts. _________________

It's ridiculous that he isn't utilized more in the passing game. I don't blame him at all for wanting out. _________________

Isn't he going to be a free agent at the end of the season? If so, the Titans would be extremely lucky to get a third-round pick for him. He has a ton of potential but hasn't lived up to it really, although that might not be his fault. _________________ Cleveland Browns Forum Hall of Fame Inductee

If he goes elsewhere, he's going to blow up. Gets better separation than any receiver on the team and it doesn't take genius to utilize him all over the field (or maybe it does). Caught nearly 70% of the passes thrown his way this year while playing half his games with a QB that is entirely incapable of taking advantage of the way he is able to stretch the field (see yesterday when Hass overthrew him on a likely game-winning touchdown late in the 4th).
The fact that he's on the field on 50% of the plays disgusts me. Would be a huge get for any team that's looking to compete this year. _________________

| I would trade them Blount back. Nothing against Blount, I do think he is a unique RB but not a very good compliment to Martin. If not, at most a conditional 4th-3rd would be fine with me. |

I reaaaaaally want the Bears to pursue this. Kellen Davis has at least one painful-to-watch drop every game. Spaeth is purely a blocker and that's about it for the Bears.
Just keep adding weapons to this offense. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0 |
