Playing them in the dome again in the playoffs wouldn't scare me whatsoever. Another positive is that the Saints playoff chances very likely just went up in flames. One less team to worry about assuming the Pack take care of business this weekend.

Sure as hell would prefer that over SF and NY. Just a matchup issue with the latter two. We can run Atlanta into the ground with our receivers and getting in Ryan's face will lead to some crappy throws. He doesn't handle pressure like Eli does. And that front four doesn't pressure like the Giants do.
I'll be honest right now and say I would prefer getting the 6 seed, pounding Chicago on their turf, going to Atlanta and knocking them off, and then playing SF/NYG. I just don't want any part of those guys early on.

Also can see the Falcons starting to rest certain guys in the weeks to come. They wrap up the division with a Bucs loss on Sunday. So if the Packers were to go in there again in the divisional round and they are rusty at all, could be a repeat of the 2010 game. That team just doesn't scare me. It blows my mind why the media continues to not understand why no one is taking them seriously even at 11-1. Compare what they have done to what the Packers had done after 12 games last year. Not even close.
Going back to a potential playoff matchup, the pressure they will be under to get that first win with Ryan will be off the charts. Matt Ryan isn't the greatest when it comes to delivering under pressure. |

Why do I irrationally hate Matt Ryan? He seems like a nice guy, he plays the game right, he isn't cocky and doesn't have any baggage you can hold against him, but I want him to lose every time he takes the field.
I'm still not sure why.

It all has to do with how hyped he was and how everyone used to put him above Rodgers. And then we met them in the playoffs.

Yeah doesn't affect us at all. Here's hoping the eagles win though so they get a lower draft pick.
Seattle did us a huge favor as far as playoffs go. We can drop one game as long as it isn't against the bears and still take the division. |
