Fred Jackson closing in on some team yardage marks

Jackson needs 455 yards to have the 3rd most rushing yards in Bills history... he only needs to average 51 yards per game for the rest of the season:

1. Thurman Thomas (11,938)
2. O.J. Simpson (10,193)
3. Joe Cribbs (4,445)
4. Fred Jackson (3,991)

Jackson needs 569 yards to have the 5th most yards from scrimmage in Bills history... he only needs to average 64 yards per game for the rest of the season:

1. Thurman Thomas (16,279)
2. Andre Reed (13,595)
3. O.J. Simpson (12,107)
4. Eric Moulds (9,253)
5. Joe Cribbs (6,228)
6. Lee Evans (6,079)
7. Fred Jackson (5,660)

Not bad for a guy with only 42 career starts.

Update: Jackson needs 294 rushing yards to pass Cribbs on the franchise rushing list. He needs to average 58.8 yards per game to accomplish that this season, and become #3 in Bills history. Jackson needs 395 yards from scrimmage to pass Evans and Cribbs on the franchise yards from scrimmage list. He needs to average 79 yards per game to accomplish that this season, and become #5 in Bills history.
