It "fumbfounding" to me as well. Why would they just throw money away for no good reason. Heck, give it to charity rather than the power hungry bureaucrats running the League. |

All fines in the NFL go to the charity of the players choice. The league does not keep that money.

All fines in the NFL go to the charity of the players choice. The league does not keep that money. |
But I will bet they cannot deduct it nor be recognized for their generosity. So, if a player is fined, can he direct that it go to a foundation that HE has established? You know like the Lawrence Taylor Home for Old Ho's? |

Agreed. Fumbfounding, indeed.
And I guess that's what happens when your team is (was) 7-1.
