I understand we are in need of a CB#2 right now. But remember we just signed Demitri Patterson to a multiyear deal. If he comes back healthy, he is your #2, you move back Brown and Skrine to nickle and dime/rotation. Point is, this dude might be a great prospect, but I would focus on drafting Teo anyway you can. no, at best hes a pretty sweet nickel corner. |
Gets injured too much and apparently can't/won't play through pain. So what's the answer for all the games he doesn't play? |
Yeah how does any of that disprove the fact that at best, he's a pretty sweet nickel corner? |
Sweet corners play on the field not stand on the sideline in warm ups. _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

Still can't decide if I want a CB or a stud pass rusher. Pass rushers can completely change a game (not saying a CB can't). It's just they can completely devestate a QB every single play. _________________

I like Banks a lot. Had him in my first and only mock so far. Abeit it was after a trade down in the first. He is tall enough to cover the A.J. Greens of the world. If you can cover Green. Still I'd like to have a tall corner. _________________ browns and indian fan 7272

I think you are looking at it too black and white. I'd rather take a special MLB than a special LG any day. I'm not that sold on Teo though. Warmack is the best player in the draft compared to their competition. He might be my favorite offensive line prospect since Joe Thomas. _________________

If you are not happy that he is injured, you are not alone. If you are saying he is a bad player when he is healthy, you're alone. _________________

haha, I posted it in then realized I made a mistake on the order that I had to fix real quick
With nothing else factored in for next week aside from a win for us, we'd be picking #14/#15. I hope we keep winning, not only for morale and because I'm a fan, but I feel like that puts us in a more desirable draft range for this draft |

Meh, I'd rather be at 14-15 than 7-9. The fact is the top of the draft is pretty average, so I'd rather the cheaper salary and the greater option of picking any position than being forced to pay a premium and either take a skill position player who isn't worth it or a position you dont want to overpay for. _________________

This is where I stand as well. I'm just not sure their is top notch talent in this draft, so I'd like to be in that middle range where all of the options will be |

Is it really that hard to understand that when he's injured, he's not at his best? _________________

You guys have to remember that there is a rookie scale now. This attitude is not as valid as it used to be. Now if you want the top talent, it is better to draft at the top.
BTW I am in no way advocating getting a guard at the top. You can get really good ones lower in the draft. And talent wise we are in no position to draft a guard at the top. We still need to add good players. _________________
