Title says it all; this thread is entirely for worshiping Justin Tucker and his amazingly amazing leg! First rookie K to ever have 2 (or more) games with 2 (or more) 50+ yard field goals. Not to mention he avenged our playoff loss to the Patriots with a game-winning kick as well!

I was so excited over the prospect of this guy, as soon as he he attended the rookie mini-camp. Hopeful even when it seemed like he was just a camp body, and wouldn't win the starting job.
I love that he just went out there, and proved he did deserve that roster spot. Then he just kept on proving it, nailing kick after kick in practice, in pre-season and then in the regular season.
There was that brief blip with the almost shanked kick against New England, and then I think he missed his first one the very next game, but if missing one kick is considered the low point of his NFL career to date, that says it all really.
A great decision by the FO to sign him. Now we don't have to worry about FGs for the next 15 years or so. And what's the league record for longest FG? 63 yards? Yeah, I reckon Tucker could break that one day. _________________

Not to mention he goes down the field on kickoffs and makes tackles! Nothing like a kicker who makes tackles for your team! _________________

Was he the kicker for Texas when they beat the Suh led Nebraska team with a GW FG? _________________

Just wanted to point out:
Greg Zuerlein
17/20 Total (85%)
2/2 From 29 and in
3/4 From 30 - 39
7/7 From 40 - 49
5/7 From 50+
Justin Tucker
14/15 Total (93.3%)
3/3 From 29 and in
3/3 From 30 - 39
4/5 From 40 - 49
4/4 From 50+
Best rookie kicker! (Blair Walsh is 16/17 though, although his miss was from 30-39 range and has less kicks of 40 - 49 or 50+ range than Tucker) _________________

Can you imagine what our season would be like if we didn't find this guy, and we stuck with Cundiff?
With how slow we are to make changes, we probably would have stuck with him much longer than the Redskins did.... |

Our record would be very different. You can chalk NE and Kansas City as losses.

I made a poem for Justin.
*Aahhhaahaaheeemmm*
Justin Tucker is the man
Justin Tucker I am a fan
Kicks field goals from 50+
In Justin Tucker we now trust
Beat New England like a boss
Beat KC we should have lost
Not keeping him would be our loss
Of kickers he is randy moss
Signing Tuck, a great call
Signing Tuck to kick the ball
Watch him kick and you can tell
Billy Cundiff? Go to hell. _________________

Kicks 50+ yarders without breaking a sweat, and celebrates by singing traditional Italian opera to the rest of the team.
What a boss. _________________

Justin Tucker has Ice Cold veins. He has that pep in his step that makes you like 'em. That sort of, dare I say... swag.
Just thinking Billy Cundiff would've been trotted out in Week 3 against the Pats again for a field goal mushes my brain.
Keep at it Justin! Straight Killer! _________________
