Damn, I was just going to post this.
Sam Mendes directing = Daniel Craig as Bond = going to be the best Bond to date.

I dont care what anyone said, I loved QS, and you are adding Sam Mendes to the mix, hell yeah. Im glad this was resurrected, I was pretty down when they "stopped" earlier.

I have really high hopes for this. Mendes is a good director, and Craig is a great actor. I'm a huge fan of the franchise and I own all of the films on DVD, and I'm hoping for a big return here.
Quantum wasn't bad, but the editing stunk on the action sequences. No more shaky cam, please.

I knew Buckrock would love this seeing Sam Mendes is directing it 
although its going to have to be a masterpiece for it to top Casino Royale.

Everything I'm hearing about this has me so excited. Sam Mendes directing Craig and Bardem in a Bond movie? "Changing the dynamic"? I just hope I can get to see this before the world ends. Should have about a month to do so.

Bardem would easily be one of the most talented actors to ever play a Bond villain. The only other comparable one was Christopher Lee, and he got stuck with a ridiculous script that resulted in a rather campy film.
