Dare I say it, new DC?

Don't want the Cover 2. Or would Rivera use that?

Why don't you want the Cover 2 - that's what da bears are running

Rivera (I expect) runs an odd mix of JJ blitz, tampa 2 and 1 gap 34

Cover 2 is outdated. I mean the Bears is good at getting turnovers, but it's not like they can't be runned at.

I just don't want a pure Cover 2.

They don't run pure cover 2 - if you did every game, you'd be more predictable than a Juan Castillo defense.

The Kiffin scheme is based upon the 43 under defense. They can then run any number of coverages off of it.

The cover 2 doesn't work. The Bears only get good use out of it because they have 2 incredible linebackers in coverage and Peppers... I want to stress their INCREDIBLE linebackers in coverage. Also, their DBs create turnovers like the defense necessitates.

USC's defense has underachieved over the past few season under Sr. Kiffin. His time has come and gone IMO.

Ask Monte Kiffin if Chip is any good. Laughing
