That was very cheap by Brown, I remember that hit. Sucks to lose two ILBs on the year.

Feel horrible for the guy. But this injury really doesn't effect the Packers - DJ was always a step behind. He was one of the reasons why the Colts beat us(and the run D has been somewhat suspect). Not to mention his limitations in coverage.

Honestly wont be missed to much. He was a tackle machine but is a step slow and his coverage was suspect. Won't be much of a downgrade, if any to be honest, going from him to Brad Jones. Jones is a MUCH better athlete and seems to have transitioned well to ILB.

It sucks because he took over for Bishop, and he was lost in the first game of preseason. It sucks for Smith, but it wont be a huge loss to our D. Guys like Jones and Francois will have to step up, I think it will be Jones.
