After another ugly week, the 49ers will look to face a top division opponent. The Seahawks are 4*-2 and are coming off an emotional comeback win against the Patriots, while the 49ers are sporting the same record, yet coming off a bad loss. Let's the 49ers can turn this around and wipe that smirk off Carroll's face.

Yes, and luckily for us it is a home game. That defense in Seattle is one of the best in the game and they just held Brady in check in the 2nd half. Going to be a very tough game as there is a three way tie for the division between us and AZ/SEA.

Also .. if Alex's finger is any type of issue going into this game then he shouldn't be playing. His throws were sailing on him far too much.

Glad it's a short week, haven't played much vs the nfc west, time to establish ourselves as the best in the division, cause as of right now that could be in question.

Harbaugh has yet to lose 2 games in a row with SF.
But he was also yet to be blown out in a game before today....
Its post game so i'm mad and irrational but i can't see us beating, let alone dominating a great defensive team that just shut down the Pats and is coming off an emotional high.

Ah, not shut down but they definitely held them in check all 2nd half. But yeah, they have a great defensive team so it will be a big test.

This x10. Our offense is RUN HEAVY, stick to it!!! Every time we get cute and try to prove to the rest of the NFL that we can do this or that we get screwed. Just stick to what we do best, gash the hell out of teams with our badass run game and sprinkle in some passes and play action. It's not that hard to figure out. I hope Harbaugh and co. got a wake up call today. I'm pissed but in the end, nobody got hurt and we're 4-2. This one stings to me though.

I find it interesting that when we want big plays, we put Kaep in there (end of 1st half prime example).
This isn't a comment on whether those plays are good/needed or bad/not needed. But Harbaugh wouldn't be inserting a 2nd QB for decent snaps for no good reason...maybe Harbaugh thinks Alex has gone as far as he can, maybe Alex's injury was worse than he let on to the media, maybe Harbaugh just thinks Kaep adds another dimension to the offense...but it makes you think regardless...
