How does that happen? What was the scheduling format from 78-01 anyway? |
Well isn't it like:
Play your division x 2 (6)
Play the teams that are ranked the same in their division as you in the same conference (3)
Rotating opposite conference (4)
+3???
I'm going to assume that it's because Miami and Denver haven't finished the same in their divisions during that time. |
No, your thinking of the 02-present scheduling format, although you were a little wrong as it's actually...
division (6)
rotating opposite conference division (4)
rotating intraconference division (4)
1 team from each other intraconference division who finished in the same spot in the year prior as you did (2)
I'm guessing from 78-95 though there was a lot more flexibility in scheduling though because of the fact that 2/6 divisions only had 4 teams, so I really have no idea how schedules were constructed, no matter what it would be impossible for any divisions to have the same exact scheduling format as another division due to the two 4 team divisions. _________________

I thought this was crazy.
Chris Johnson has 32 career +100 rushing yards games (same amount as Adrian Peterson) and 24 career +125 rushing yards games (2nd to Eric Dickerson's 27 for most in first five years in NFL). He also has 11 career games below 25 yards rushing and 3 games with below 10 rushing yards.
Such an inconsistant, yet fascinating player. |

Why didn't Barry Switzer ever get another shot at coaching in the NFL? _________________

I think he's as closer to being elite as you can get without being elite if that makes sense. He'll never be Rodgers, Brady, or Manning but with the right guys around him especially if he an offensive line that could pass protect he'd put up elite numbers. _________________

that's fine and all and a great quality to have obviously, but that's just a miniscule part of being a qb. |

that's pretty crazy IMO.
he brings a lot of problems on himself by holding onto the ball way too long and locking in way too much on one receiver (this year anyways, with marshall). |

I was thinking about this the other day, but how about "ref cams." As in put small cameras somewhere on the officials so we can see their point of view on a call or whatever. _________________

Go read the Biggest Team Triumph thread Slamman made a few weeks ago.
Is there any way to send the Elias Sports Bureau a message or email or anything for stat corrections? Because they gave 2 Butler Forced Fumbles a few weeks ago to other people, and they also gave Liuget's to another person as well. Just wondering. _________________

Camera motion sickness lol. This isn't no end of watch. | Just get a small part where the penalty or whatever occurred and slow it down.It would not be that bad. _________________

The NFLPA was created in 1956 because the Packers players wanted clean jock straps. _________________
