The Eagles have a decision to make on Vick by Feb. 6. If they release him before that date they will be off the hook for a guaranteed $3 million that kicks in three days after the Super Bowl. |
|
I dont want him back, but he really wouldn't consider re doing his contract |
Well hes in debt.. Why would he? He has big time money problems. He doesnt really have that much money of his contract and him and his family still only being allowed a small allowance while the rest goes to court bills and his bankruptcy case internal revenue services... He wants to pay off as much of his debt and try and come out alive with something to tuck away if he can. |
Going to bump my post..
cause my point makes to much sense.
Vick wont restructure no matter what..
He just wont. LMAO if i was him i would hope i get injured tomorrow and claim another 3 MIL. Signing with just any team wont be easy. He is still not welcomed in many circles in the NFL so dont expect every owner to be so excited to give Vick a deal. If i was Vick i would milk it for as much money just cause the government is milking me so hard if i say was him.. He is in a tight place and i just dont think we should be involved in it but if i takes paying him off to move on then Lurie should do it. Same with DeSean Jackson .. get rid of them.. DRC too.. etc.. so many softies. _________________

I think Vick proved that Foles was much better than him today. _________________

You can't be a work in progress at the age of 32. _________________

Mike is as good as gone. He said in his post game presser that he doesn't know if he wants to be back. That's code for I want out and I know they want me out. Think he wants to go to NY and the Jets want him aswell. _________________

In no capacity should Vick be converted to a pocket passer. That's where the Eagles coaching failed. Vick's most successful when he scrambles a ton. _________________

Its funny that everyone thinks AR develops QBs. He was an OL coach before he coached Brett Favre. And he was Brett's position coach for one season then the Eagles took him. _________________

This. It's trying to make him something he's not coupled with a bunch of other factors as to why Vick failed in Philadelphia. _________________

Vick is bad. Today solidified that with a couple of terrible passes. Like that one missed TD pass to johnson. I know Johnson sucks, but geez Vick! Cannot miss that throw. 32 years old and cant make a single read to save his life. Done with him as a QB. Like what I saw from Foles but would not be a bad idea to draft a QB to have some competition in the offseason. Foles wasn't good enough to LOCK up that spot for next year. Maybe Brey from Tennessee in the third or so. Kid has all the tools! Just kind of a [inappropriate/removed] from what Ive heard. _________________ The greatest athlete since MJ: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktCBNOCG5cE

Yep. Oh my god, we're asking our quarterback to play quarterback
Vick was a scam and we all knew it.
