I would be fine if we picked up another olineman in rd 1, assuming we resign Michael Johnson. There are a lot of quality guards this year so we may be able to get a good one with our 2nd rd 2 pick. _________________

Based on what I heard yesterday, I want a LB and S like Elam. Then give me a play maker at RB and WR. Then I and d line all day _________________

I prefer Kenny Vaccaro to Elam. I want more of a coverage safety. Does Warmack fit the LG mold? _________________

He is a great athlete and would be a great coverage LB (He used to be a safety) and is also a nice blitzer. He does have several things to work on such as he has a tendency to play too high and he seems hesitant filling holes and reacting to plays. He is a boom or bust pick but especially if we keep Zimmer, he is worth it. Or we could package some picks and trade up and go for Jarvis Jones. He would give us our Von Miller on defense and give us our real difference maker in the back 7. We have a lot of needs but it might be worth considering. Players like him dont come along too often and he might fall a little with his health concerns. |
Elam did play well last night and would love him with the Raiders pick.
1) Olgetree
2a) Elam
2b) RB |
If Jonathan Banks is there at 22 i wouldnt mind him either. Everyone knows we love first round corners. That being said, i think we sign Mike Jenkins (USF) this offseason. Let Zimmer whip him into shape. _________________

Elam is good in coverage. I like both. I just want a good safety.
Yes he is an ideal Lg. _________________

Would need to be a pretty big mould. Warmack looks absolutely monstrous. _________________ " I imagine that in Paul McCartneys' house, he must have a shelf with the 12+ great 'Beatles' studio albums neatly stacked. He is great. Hopefully Wharton comes back healthy next year and we give Robinson the start at C _________________

Put the franchise tag on Andre Smth and look for a longer term deal, shift Boling to centre, cut Cook, and draft another guard like that big guy from Kentucky.
Do we think Travelle Wharton plays next year or is he done ? _________________ " I imagine that in Paul McCartneys' house, he must have a shelf with the 12+ great 'Beatles' studio albums neatly stacked. I don't want to pay Andre top 5 LT money. I'm not sure about Boling at C.
I think he does. He has had plenty of time to rehab _________________

He will play, just probably not here. They like Boling and they need to free up cash to resign the whole defensive line over the next 18 months. _________________

Looks like were picking 21st overall. We have the worst record of the 5 teams finishing 10-6 (BAL, WAS (to STL), CHI & MIN).
Think we'll be picking 21st, 36th (OAK) and 57th ? _________________ " I imagine that in Paul McCartneys' house, he must have a shelf with the 12+ great 'Beatles' studio albums neatly stacked. OK, if Barrett Jones is there at 22, I want us to draft him. He is bullying Louis Nix tonight. _________________

Yes! Super versatile, and has played just about every position on the line.
Even with his Lisfranc injury I would take him. Not sure if he will be there early in the second round.
Alas, Bengals have more needs than I thought a month ago. I would like Ogletree too! |

He's been my darkhorse candidate for over a month in the mock draft threads. Are more people on board with this, depending on how the board falls draft day? _________________
