If he ends up on another team I hope he does equally bad, not because I hate him, but I'd lose a lot of respect for him if I found out he really was just bumming on the Eagles and his poor play wasn't due to his age. _________________

I heard Iggles fans clamoring about how they "snatched him from Jerry Jones and the Cowboys" just as Dallas was ready to sign him. They went on and on about how GREAT it was to have him AND the fact that they beat Dallas to the punch.
Well, all I have to say is E-N-J-O-Y!
What happened to Nnandi Asomugha? Ha ha ha, he signe dwith the Iggles. |

Yeah he really missed out on all that success in Dallas.
As for the topic he gave up this past season. He is a loser. _________________

You don't pay an elite man coverage cornerback and then waste him in zone. That's poor management of resources. Poor defensive scheme and probably a large reason the Eagles DC and HC were fired.
You have to play to your players strengths and NA has always been great in the press man. He will fight with receivers. Now you got him wandering around in a loo loo zone scheme. I may be just a fan but come on Eagles use your personnel correctly. _________________

I think the scheme change just ruined him. It took away all of his confidence and made him uncomfortable and he hasn't been the same since.
The Raiders literally were the perfect fit for Nnamdi and he thought he could get paid and be better elsewhere - and he was just wrong. _________________

Asomugha has been easily the biggest disappointment of the whole "dream team"
Litearlly a guy you thought bringing in was one of your biggest strengths turns out to be one of your biggest weaknesses
But I often wonder though how much of him looking bad is because of Kurt Coleman who may be the worst safety help ever
Then again Asomugha wasn't supposed to need that help to begin with |

If cut by the Eagles what he be worth on the open market if he cleared waivers which is a possibility due to his huge contract |

What would he be worth on the open market? I don't know, I just think he'd want to go to a team that runs a scheme suited for him, and that's definitely not Baltimore. _________________
