Big week this week.
Coming off a bye and we are 1-3, we need a big turnaround this week.
I will try to spice this up eventually, but can't do as much on my phone. _________________

We lost a couple of games everyone thought we would win, now its time to win a game we're expected to lose.
27-17 Lions
Delmas with a pick in his first game of the 2012 season. Bentley gets the first interception of his career as well. |

Detroit travels to Philly and doesn't get it done.
The Eagles have a talented balanced offence and can run or pass.
The Lions have a few guys returning but the team is in disarray and I don't see them pulling out a victory in this one.

I'd say this is the week we finally get some turnovers. Vick has been good for a few each game. I'm still not sold we can win though. I think we will need to run the ball effectively if we want to win (and I don't mean forced). _________________

I think it will be the Shady McCoy show. But by some unseen circumstance we will win this one. Just enough to give us Lions' fans some hope before crushing us again. _________________

Well this is one of those win win games for me. Have McCoy in my keeper money league who has done squat. Hope Det shuts him down and they win but if they dont it will just be like rest of year.
Better questions is over/under on 5 turnovers for Vick? _________________

I think this is a winnable game. We're coming off our bye, and getting healthy in our secondary. Hopefully our offense comes out the gate ready to play.
Philly could be looking towards their bye, so I wouldn't be surprised by an upset in our favor. _________________ Are you getting Ziggy with it? |

For the most part, good pass protection, poor run blocking. _________________

| i'll be at the game, my buddy is a die hard eagles fan and this game scares him. Nnamdi Asomugha hasn't been that good per him this yr. i think the birds will put DRC on megatron so im expecting Young, the Te's and nate nate to have a big game. the key for the eagles is if they run Mccoy or not, i think there is going be alot of points scored im going go 38-35 lions |

Calvin Johnson can't get open deep because of Asomugha and/or DRC. The Eagles' revamped linebacker corps is able to bottle up our run game, which will pretty much be given up by the third quarter. Meanwhile, DeSean Jackson scores two return touchdowns, and the two TDs we score in the fourth quarter ultimately don't matter because our offense will do nothing for 3/4ths of the game.
Sorry, this team isn't any good right now, and I don't think a road game against the Eagles is going to cure what ails us.

As much as I would like to win this game I don't think it will be close.
Lions 21
Eagles 38
The way we stay in the game and win is capitalize on turnovers, establish a solid running game, and keep McCoy in check.
Vick has 50 plus turnovers in his last 21 games I believe. We need to get those turnovers and score some points.
If we could establish some consistent offense and keep our D off of the field and control the clock then I like our chances. The Eagles have played some close games and if we can keep it close and make it come down to the final minutes, I think we have a great chance to win. _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

How can you look forward to your bye? The decision to go to Miami or Ohio?
