Get a new RB who can read blocks, and get a FB who can block the right man.

Admittedly, I haven't been a proponent for us draft an OLB all of these years like a lot of other people, but enough is enough...we need an OLB. Bad. Even worse, though, still...we need a game breaking WR.

I'd love to see us go WR in the first round and RB in the second round. OLB or OG in the third/fourth round respectively. Forget FA and lets cut our losses now with Santonio Holmes. Oh and Matt Cavanaugh? Fired. Please for the love of god, fire him.

Hire Brian Cashman. He got bored at Yankees GM. DC teams have solid GMs. Cashman has no choice but take NFL GM job.

Revamp the front office. Hire Marty Schottenheimer as executive VP.

Marty at head coach almost guarantees B-Schotty at OC. Besides after the B-Schotty/Jets marriage ended I'm sure Marty wouldn't come to the Jets...or come back to the NFL at all, really. He's almost 70.
