Mario has always been an up and down player. This injury won't change that fact. I don't know why it's taking people so long to realize this.

Because we're not ready to jump off the boat after 7 games into his first season in a new position in a new system?

Mario Williams usually acquires knicks and bumps throughout the season. It's going to happen. |

This injury happened before the regular season started.
Hopefully this will fix the discomfort and he will be able to use his hands 100%. Which he was unable to do with the wrist injury.

He's been this way his whole career. In Houston they said it was because he switched sides. Now they say it's injuries.
He is what he is. He's still a valuable asset and nice to have, but he lacks the consistency. I don't know if it's focus or what, because he has all the talent in the world.
I was a little harsh on him earlier in the week, but I stand by my stance. The fact he got a HUGE pay day has me worried he might 'settle'. Many players have before.
I'd love to be wrong about him, though.
