Quote:
SAN FRANCISCO – I couldn’t find Brandon Jacobs in the 49ers locker room after the game.

I waited until every player left. Still no Jacobs.

So I walked to the Giants’ locker room. Who did I see? Jacobs. He was talking to Justin Tuck, his former teammate.

Tuck was sitting on a stool. Jacobs was leaning against the locker, wearing camouflage pants and a green polo shirt. He was talking with his hands. It seemed like he was explaining something.

This is BS, Jacobs should be cut. What a bad classless move by one of our players. He didn't even go into our locker room after the game? Am I wrong for being mad about this?

Well he does have friends there. But I agree that he should've been with the Niners.

I get that he has friends there but he needs to be with his new team and not hang out with his old one after a loss.

It doesn't bother you that he didn't even go into our own locker room at all after the game. Instead he went with the Giants straight into their locker room.

Nope not at all.

Its not like he is going to be on this team for long. If it was one of our veterans players that been on this team for a couple of years. That's when I'll actually have a problem with it. As for this I could care less.

Hmmm. I'm kind of on the fence. Or...not.

On one hand, he probably felt like since he didn't get to play again, why should he be in that room when they get hammered by the coaches? He didn't mess up. He didn't even play.

On the other hand, it's times like those that teams bond. His jersey is a 49ers jersey, right?

It just says a lot about someone's character. He didn't do anything illegal. He didn't even do anything against the rules. But, he should have been in that locker room.

I don't have a problem with this either. He played there his entire career and has some close friends on the Giants. It's not like Jacobs wasn't with the team during the post game speech by Harbaugh, he left while the rest of the team was getting dressed.

How do you know this? The story said he never showed up to the locker room. They even waited until the last player left.

The media is never in the locker room during post game speeches anyways. The doors open after the ten minute "cool down period."

You missed my point. How do you know he was in there? The media waits outside and I'm assuming that if they saw him leave after the speech, they wouldn't have waited in the locker room until the last player left. They would have caught him as he was leaving.

They just say when they got in the room he was gone. I will ask you how do you know he wasn't inside the Niners locker room after the game? You actually think he went straight to the Giants locker RIGHT AFTER THE GAME?

The media waits right outside the doors. The doors opened. They went in and then waited for every player to leave. Why would you do that if you saw him walk out the door?
