Yeahl. But it made no sense. You said "whenever we're down" like it happens a lot, or at least enough to make that kind of statement. Just pointing out that we came from behind last year, and more than just the one game I mentioned. |
Every time we've been behind this year, Alex has thrown picks. And the passing game as a whole has failed to produce.
Wish that wasn't the truth, but it is what it is....the results this year show that if we don't control the game early we fold easily... |
The "folding" part is indeed troubling. It's one thing to get beat. It's another to get whipped and look like you're giving up. Gotta question the character of the team - until you see them show some.

And the Seahawks just beat the Patriots....with a win against us next week they could knock us down to 3rd or even 4th place depending on what the Rams do next week

Im glad i didnt go to the game today I had tickets to this game. A bunch of my boys (who are all giants fans) went to the game. its easier to see the massacre from the comfort of my home

Well Buffalo is moving into FG position in OT. Maybe the Cards won't have a game on us.
That pass by Kap was the hardest thrown ball of the year.

For any one looking at the end of this thread for a quick game summary here it is:
6 sacks, 3 ints, gave up over 150 yards rushing, missed two FGs, bad kick coverage, no sacks of eli, ugly looking kick returns by us, lost the battle of the line of scrimmage on both sides of the line ... oh, and coaching and play calling sucked big time. did i miss anything?

A fitting end to the game. Just get out healthy and hopefully hungry. Something to note, why did we abandon the run game so early. It seems Roman went away from it early in the third. But in lieu of the run, we opted for the short passes instead??? That spelled eminent doom for us. Oh well, off to Thursday.
