San Francisco 49ers vs New England Patriots

VS

With the Seahawks at our heels, this is going to be a huge match for us. So far the Pats have won 12 straight at home December, but the Texans could put an end to that. We're going to need to bring our A game offensively to keep up with this high octane Pats offense. This is going to be a fun game to watch. _________________

Let's hope we go against the grain and actually game plan against Welker this week. _________________

The Patriots scare the crap out of me but we have a very good shot at winning. Welker is going to have his way against Rogers, but Culliver/Brown have to hold their own against Lloyd. If you guys remember last year, Lloyd was giving us a lot of fits and single handily brought the Rams back in the 2nd half. We will have to control the clock and convert most of our 3rd down conversions to keep Brady off the field.
This has to be our first match up against Brady since the early 2000s right? _________________

Just checked, his only game against us was in 2005. _________________

I would like to integrate all 3 RB's in the gameplan. Dixon looked good today and the contrasting styles really benefit us. With the versatility of our run game (including Kaep) we have the potential to really throw them off balance.
Hope we get Manningham back and hope we get Vernon involved. Anthony Davis needs to bounce back. Time to be agressive and multiple, we have versatile weapons its time to use them all. Overall, a very winnable game, but it'll be tough. Go 9ers! _________________ -Not taking this off until the 49ers win #6 |

Vernon has completely disappeared in this offense after the Bears game. Another issue is we are still only throwing the ball 25 times a game so less opportunities if Crabtree is getting nearly half the targets. _________________

Yeah vd isn't getting his looks. Idk if he's open or we're just not looking his way. Somebody with the 22 film or whatever can maybe see.
The elite tight ends are going off like last year though, but gronk and Hernandez have been injured. Graham has also been underwhelming. Vd has just straight disappeared for multiple games. G ro needs to find ways we can get him involved though
And crabs did have a good day today. But he wasn't getting many touches before today. I think kap has worked with him more since getting the start.
I think our d can hold them in check for the most part. But our offense is going to have to put up over 21 for sure. Gonna be a good game _________________ ***WE RUN THE WEST!***

| Let's all pray for a Patriots win against the Texans. I don't wanna play the Pats after a tough loss. I'd rather have them celebrate for a couple days and think the tougher game's out of the way. |

Anyone else find it kinda sad that Brady will never get to start a game in Candlestick? He's a life long Niner fan and I think Candlestick is the only active stadium he never started a game in. _________________ *Free Joe Looney!

Seems like Anthony Davis is dominant 1 game, then allows 3 sacks the next. Inexcusable to allow 3 sacks in the 1st half alone. _________________ -Not taking this off until the 49ers win #6 |

Its hard to see a lot of the games since I've been deployed to Afghanistan. But how has the Patriots defense been this year? _________________
