Well bye bye anibal sanchez then oh well.

Torii's signing has no effect on Sanchez resigning.
That's naive.

Also, here is an article that supports my view point.

He's gonna be really expensive but Mr I has the money. I kind of want another bat but can't get too greedy. Laughing

Good for him but don't think he was the right choice.

But I think these 2 Cy young votes pretty much guarantee Miggy as the MVP. Voters still very much traditionalists it seems. Wins seem to have been the deciding factor tonight unfortunately.

I saw a tweet that we were getting linked to Cody Ross, too.

Victorino too, but I assume now that Hunter is signed they don't have any more interest in them you never know though.

97.1 is reporting the Tigers are interested in adding Ross as well as Hunter. Guess they're not sold on Dirks or Garcia.

Adding that type of young hitter next to Cabby, Fielder, VMart, and Jackson.

So you like big numbers next to the LOB stat?

I dont think castellanos will come close to what Stanton can do. So yes I would do a trade like that.

Garcia needs more time in the minors were he can play everyday. Dirks I am assuming they will just platoon. However I don't really want anything to do with Ross. I don't think he is an upgrade to Dirks.

Dirks played a lot this year and was very consistent. He's not a great defender, but I wouldn't really call him a liability either. I don't see why he shouldn't get a shot to play 120 games or so and platoon with Berry or someone.

Dirks can't platoon with Berry since both are lefties. Leyland and DD have both said multiple times that they don't see Dirks as a regular. I think he could be, but Andy needs to prove that he is now.

I thought he proved it last year, but they see more if it than I do so there most be something there I missed.

Most fans agree that Dirks proved it to them. Dirks is a gamer and I love his hustle and attitude that he brings every day. I hope he repeats his 2012.

His hustle is because his face is aerodynamic.

No it's not. DD and Illitch are still trying to resign him and they were going to sign a COF no matter what.

Sanchez wants way too much. They should just shell out an extra 5 million per year and go after Greinke if they're going to give Sanchez what he wants.
